Weekly Goals & Meal Plan – Welcome March!

March is here!! 2015 is flying by already! Whew!!

I really liked having my weekly goals written here and out in the world, so to speak. It definitely kept them fresh in my mind as the week went along and knowing I was going to be reporting back held me accountable.

So how did I do? I am bummed to say the crazy winter weather here in East Tennessee and Leah’s tummy bug threw everything off kilter for me. It feels like an excuse but it really complicated things. You’ll see that a good number of last week’s goals will be rolling over into this week.

~Prep lunches night before
~Bible plan reading complete 5 of 7 days

Home

~Bedroom cleaned up…primarily the laundry monster next to my side of the bed
~Covers put back on the car seats after being washed
~Gather my tax documents

Monday – Marinated Chicken in the Slow Cooker
Tuesday – Cowboy Spaghetti (w/ sausage instead of beef)
Wednesday – Alfredo Pasta w/ Smoked Sausage
Thursday – Grilled Cheese & Popcorn Night
Friday – Pizza, homemade or takeout
