Tackle It Tuesday – Coupon Binder

I’ve gone back and forth for a long time trying to figure out what kind of coupon organization system would work best for us.  Mostly, I didn’t want to invest in supplies to find out it was a waste of time & money because it didn’t work.

Recently however, I watched a series of tutorial videos on the Coupon Divas site, including one on how she set up her coupon binder.  It all made sense to me and I had a decent Amazon balance from Swagbucks so I decided to give it a try.

So far, it seems like a good system. I have a better idea of what coupons I have to start with because I have to concentrate a little more while I put them in categories. And while I’m in the store, its very easy to see what I have with a quick flip of a page.

Do you coupon? How do you have your coupons organized?

That’s my plan for the week…what do you have on deck?

Where do you get your fiber?

With all the craziness before, during and after the move, my attendance at Weight Watchers meetings took a nose-dive. I did still do my best to make smart food choices and that included choosing foods that had high fiber content.

It is recommended to consume 25-38 grams of fiber every day and most adults only get 15. Unfortunately, it can be tough to find foods that are high in fiber and still taste good. Lucky for us Fiber One cereals have at least 30% of our daily Daily Value per serving and some varieties contain 50%!! With great flavors such as Honey Clusters®, Raisin Bran Clusters®, Caramel Delight®, and Shredded Wheat®, it’s possible to have a nutritious, fiber-filled breakfast that tastes good too!!!

General Mills and My Blog Spark provided me with 5 different kinds to try and also a prize pack for a lucky Tired Mommy Tales reader!! To enter, leave me a comment with your best trick to incorporating more fiber in your diet. I’ll pick a random entry tomorrow afternoon and notify the winner.

In addition, by clicking here you and your readers can download a printable coupon for $0.75 off the purchase of any (1) Fiber One cereal today!
